I appreciate your help with this. Below are the notes I have taken from the
hiring manager on what is needed for Oracle position.
We need an Oracle Developer that can also do PL SQL. Must be extremely
experienced in PL/SQL.
Oracle Service Line Experience:
HRMS
Oracle Applications Experience:
Oracle Payroll (PAY), Human Resources (HR) and Oracle Advanced Benefits
(OAB).
Oracle Tools Experience:
Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), Oracle Forms and Reports, TOAD, SQL Navigator, PL/SQL
Developer and Oracle Xml Publisher reporting.
Very very strong emphasis on pl/sql with strong understanding of HRMS.
Experience with CODING is a must!!!!! Data Dictionary!! Need to be able to look
at codes and understand and write the definition. Sql scripts experience.
Knowledge of Cognos.
We are going to have potential candidates do a pl/sql exam. Candidates who
are submitted to our clients will be phone screened first.
