Hello Nicole,

I only had a fast look on it.

)
I wonder that there was not method for obtaining an assumed travel
time for a vehicle or a route. But indeed, that was missing and is a
nice addition.
I just want to say that there are several possibilities to compute a
travel time estimation
- plain road length / allowed speed
- using the current average speeds instead of the allowed speed
- using adapted speeds as done in one shot-routing

Probably, the both first possibilities should be supported.

)
If you want to, you may add it to SUMO as well. We'd offer you an
access to the SVN. You could either work on an own branch or we'd
set-up some kind of a "all-users" branch.

)
Regarding the python files, I think the best solution would be to set
up a small example scenario as a tutorial. You would benefit from
being included in the tests every night so that it's assured your
software runs after modifications. The users would benefit from a
clear description about your software's usage.

Sincerely,
Daniel
