Hello, SUMO doesn't really have sub-microscopic features. The most sub-microscopic component are maybe the Plexe engine models that are integrated in SUMO (https://plexe.car2x.org/tutorial/example4/). However, you can add microscopic modelling to SUMO by attaching your own process to the simulation via the TraCI-API ( https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI.html).
