- SUMO supports some types of adaptive algorithms out of the box by using
the appropriate input files:
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Traffic_Lights#Actuated_Traffic_Lights
- If you want to define the adaptive algorithm yourself. You need to do
some progarmming yourself. take a look at:
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tutorials/TraCI4Traffic_Lights
- SUMO is not affiliated with ITSUMO so you should not rely on finding
ITSUMO support on the SUMO mailing list.
