Dear Sir
I need help for using TRACI4Matlab.
I have changed the ip adress but every time this error message :
Error using icinterface/fopen (line 83)
Unsuccessful open: Connection refused: connect
Error in traci.init (line 55)
fopen(connections(label));
Error in traci_ferid_all_cars_final (line 36)
traci.init();
Please help me I need TRACI4MATLAB for my study
