Hello, i have tried to work with netdiff and netconvert. Unfortunately I can't merge the differences obtained with netdiff (I used the original net file without modifications). I have followed the instruction given here http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tools/Net
The error message says that no attribute for tl is defined. I have to mention that my net file is very large (part of Stuttgart City). Also, I have got a lot of warnings during netdiff. But none of them were concerned to traffic lights. Hope that someone has some experiences on using netdiff and netconvert.
