Hello, - there have been some bugfixes to netdiff recently. The first suggestion would be to try the development version: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Downloads#SUMO_-_Latest_Development_Version - if this doesn't work, please try to replicated the issue on a smaller part of the network (i.e. cut a smaller section from the network with netedit, repeat your modifications and run netdiff and then netconvert again. - send me the smallest example that showcases the problem and I will look for the bug.
