thanks for your reply.

In this case, I would guess to define maximum capacity and actual capacity of 
the battery in Wh as well. Otherwise the battery drain according to the 
consumption would make no sense.
However, the documentation and the examples at 
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Models/Electric clearly state that maximum capacity and 
actual capacity need to be defined in kWh.

Hi Karl,

the energy consumption of the battery output is messed in Wh, not in kWh. We do 
it so to gain more precision.

Dear SUMO team!

We are trying to simulate energy consumption for electric vehicles without 
recuperation. To this end, we have taken your example of an electric vehicle 
configuration from your wiki and adapted it to what we think might fit a 
regular car (see below). However, we found that both - your example 
configuration and our adapted configuration - result in high energy 
consumption. A one minute drive almost drains 200 kw/h of battery load (log 
file attached). What can we do to achieve a more moderate energy consumption?
