Hi Ken,

Your idea for a sundial at a train station is intriguing but it might be
considered treasonous, "dealing with the enemy!". It was trains and their
need for uniform schedules that forced the change from the real time told
by the sundials to the unnatural standard civil zone clock time dictated by
an international cartel of government/industry conspirators. Where were the
anti globalization protestors in 1885 when the standard time proposal by
the Canadian engineer, Sir Sandford Fleming, finally won international
approval?

Sundial at a train station?? What will you folks think of next? Sundials at
airports to show VFR pilots the hours til sunset?

Actually a sundial at a railway station would be an excellent way to teach
the history of time from local solar time to standard railway time.
