At the risk of repeating myself, don't forget "Traffolite" (UK Trade name) Used for making outdoor signs, it's 5 ply laminated plastic sheet with the layers of different colours - cut through the outer layer to reveal the inner (different) colour. Mine has been outside for about two years so far, and looks as good as the day iy went up. JPG available on request.
