SNIP I think there may be two different materials here. I used Traffolyte for sign making with a pantographic engraver years ago and still have some scraps in my squirrel horde. It is fairly flexible and has an easily-cut consistency yielding micro 'shavings' whereas the phonolic variety is more-rigid and cuts to 'powder'. To match needs not covered by Traffolyte we would simply engrave Formica and fill the lines/letters with engravers' coloured fill waxes. Tony Moss
