I thought I'd put some numbers on the dates where the length of day is
close to 10hrs (sunrise/sunset times calculated for London). The max.
EoT span of 30mins works out almost perfectly for the BST schedule! I
hadn't realized BST ended (Summer Time began) in mid-Feb. In the US we
end Standard Time at the beginning of April (first Sunday of) although
we start it (like the UK) at the end of October (last Sunday of).
