For calculations like this I would recommend the "Dialists Companion". It can be downloaded from the NASS site, specifically http://www.sundials.org/publications/dcomp/ . "The program was originally released as part of the North American Sundial Society's Digital Compendium as one of the many benefits of NASS membership. It is now being released to non-members as Shareware".
I put your location and time into the program and determined that the altitude and azimuth of the sun were the same at these dates and times: Alt = 34.2 and Az 7.7 degrees. The declination of the sun (-16.3) is the same on these two dates. The times are about 30 minutes different due to the Equation of Time, -13:54 minutes on 3 Feb and + 16:22 on 6 November.
