Is ferric chloride the same chemical used to etch circuit boards?  If so,
could one not also use the resist pen for circuit boards on brass?

I think a newsgroup would be wonderful!  Then we could exchange binary files
such as programs and pictures.  Also, we might attract more diallists as I
think a newsgroup would be more visible on the net than this mailing list.
I've always wondered though; how does one go about setting up a newsgroup?
Does anyone know?
