If you search for 51 28 39.8 N 0 00 00 E Google Earth marks the prime meridian in yellow, but as you pan, it moves around relative to the ground, so I don't understand what's going on there. Anyway, the zero longitude co-ordinates appear to be in wasteland, so there is ample opportunity for somebody to mark a line there.
