If it is an IP based webcam then it has nothing to do with SRSS or the DTU.
What application are you trying to make use of via this webcam?
If you are trying to use Ekiga/GnomeMeeting, MSN Messenger or Skype then
IP based WebCams cannot be used it has to be direct connected. If you
just want someone to be able to see what you're doing then you can use
an IP based WebCam and simply point them to the IP address of the webcam.
