I'm trying to get a fix frequency LCD monitor to work with a Sunray 1. It's an SVA model 17S. Very little technical data seems to be available for this monitor but I have gotten it working with Xorg using the settings HorizSync 80.1 VertRefresh 75.0
I have tried forcing the DTU to 1280x1024 at 75, but the monitor goes into unknown frequency mode. What parameter is used to provide the HorizSync to utresdef? Do I need to provide more parameters to utresdef? Also, when using utresadm to force a setting to a DTU, why do you also need to provide a token ID? Now don't you have to provide this definition for every user and DTU combo, instead of just for the DTU?
