When accessing Admin. / Restart Services from the Sun Ray Administration
Screen I see: "Error -- Warm/Cold Restart failed. Check messages file
for additional information."
In the messages file, I see: "Dec 12 17:59:42 bobcat-1 admincgi[4569]:
[ID 702911 user.info] Error opening status file"
This occurs on a secondary SR server. Everything is normal on the
Primary SR server and two other secondary SR servers.
Any idea how I can correct this?
