I have Built a V245 as Sun Ray Server to support a 30 position Internet
Café. The Sun Ray Server is configured for non-smart card CAM mode, and
smart card CAM mode. I have also installed the PC/SC CAC Pass through
software because some of the users are only allowed to use CAC single
sign-on. The CAM application starts a Windows 2003 Terminal session that
also includes the Active Card Gold client.

The configuration works great with a minor problem. DOD uses about 20
different CAC cards and few of them will not work. They do however work with
loging onto the Windows box directly. I believe the PC/SC module simply does
not recognize some cards. One card I know that should work but does not is a
Schlumberger 32K V2, this card is a couple years old. As a test, I changed
the CAM application to menu launch only to see if inserting a card would at
least bring up the blue CAM screen with a menu choice. The menu did show up,
but when selected would not read the Schlumberger card. Has anyone else seen
this problem? I would really appreciate any idea's or comments how to
correct this issue.

Also I have to ask, are Michael and Craig Bender really related? :)

Thanks Dave
