Dear all

We are facing some problems in setting up a Sun Desktop Virtualization
Solution; we would like you to support us if you can.

The problem is that the Virtual Desktop Access Kit, VDA service on the
virtual Center is not working properly, and when ever the VDA client on the
SunRay server try to connect to the VDS service, the connection is refused.

I think it is an issue of VDA service communicating with the SDK web
service, how I can troubleshoot the SDK web service functionality

Attached is the VDA service log file, and the following is the output of the
vda-service test command.

E:\sun-vda\bin>vda-service test

E:\sun-vda\bin>Agent port: 3809

        Template path: /Datacenter/vm/Templates/Golden Master

Pool 1:

        Base path:/Datacenter/vm/Pool-Kiosk

        Template path: /Datacenter/vm/Templates/Golden Master

The configuration appears to be correct.
