Well, the log file seems to indicate that according to the SDK, the
user/password combination you provided isn't correct, though it's a bit
confusing that vda-service test, which uses the same code and parameters
to attempt to connect to the SDK, would succeed where the actual service
fails.
Could you check once more the contents of the vda.properties file,
specifically the lines pertaining to Connection.User and Connection.Pwd,
and ensure they contain the correct values, with no trailing spaces or
non-printable characters or similar artefacts, and then restart the
service from the Services list to ensure it's using these values?
