No, that is not possible as RDP does not support it. You'd have to do one of two things. Get a network based scanner (Axis makes a device to turn a scanner into a network device) or get a AnyUSB USB over IP hub.

Scanner support requires a device that is supported under SANE.

You're scanner does not look like it is supported with SANE.
