I set up a test lab with the following:
(24) 170's
SRSS4.0u2
Solaris SPARC 08/07
2 server FOG
SRWC 2.0.

I have configured them all for Kiosk mode going straight to a Windows 2K3 login screen with the following arguments in the web admin tool:

-u Your_Login_ID -d <MyDomain>-r disk:USB=/tmp/SUNWut/mnt/$USER -r printer:USBPrinter -r sound:high <MyTermServ>

Side Note: I don't point to a single Terminal Server name. We have an alias that routes traffic to the servers, round-robin style.

Other than these things the setup is plain vanilla. Unfortunately several of the DTU's are showing errors on the screen as well as in the log and I'm not sure what to check.
The DTU connects and I get two dialog boxes. They are:
Error #1: Kiosk Session Error: Kiosk Setup Failed: Invalid kiosk session configuration [OK]
Error #2: Login incorrect: Please try again [OK]
After clicking the second OK button I have been getting the Windows login screen. However today we have been getting blank desktops. If I wait approximately 30 seconds the process starts over again. In the web administration tool the sessions show up in the Login Greeter/Idle Sessions section. I try to terminate the sessions but they either stay there or they are immediately replaced with another DTU that was working.

The Messages log shows the following error:

Oct 1 15:39:29 SERVER_NAME dtlogin[17781]: [ID 705508 user.error] pam_kiosk:
pam_sm_open_session: Child process /opt/SUNWkio/lib/initsession failed with
exit code 1.

I am going to try to unconfigure the servers in the FOG with utconfig -k and if that doesn't work I'll use utconfig -u but I wanted to know if anyone else has seen this. I am open to look and dig anywhere people would like I just need to resolve this because it's hindering an upgrade that I want to do that will affect our entire campus.
