I don't think doing nosuid or nosetuid on /tmp should affect the
permissions of utaudio, only whether it can create device nodes in /tmp.
That's the point. utaudio isn't of any use if it
can't create a device node so you can talk to it.
Unless you do the hack somebody mentioned
by creating a symlink so that the device
nodes are actually created in a *different* fs.
