These fixes allow for explicit specification of members of a failover
group. The server software uses this list to send unicast heartbeat

this to create a failover group out of Sun Rays that have no common
subnets and no multicast routing between them.

I cant interpret " TX w/vni " , I dont know what CIPSO is
, I assume " DS integration " is Directory Service integration "
and does General Motors now produce unicasts ?
