Hi We have a fully patched sun ray server running uttsc to a windows 2003 terminal server. The users are using a terminal emulation program to access a character based ERP system. All the sound through the rdp connection is delayed or lags about 4 seconds.
I found on google searches that this was a problem back in 2006 and Sun were working on fixing it. Does anyone have any updates or a way to fix this? It makes the Sun Ray nearly unusable because the users rely on a beep sound to alert them when scanning in stock to a warehouse. Without the beep they make mistakes which costs the company money.
