Hi all, We have a problem with a deployment of SunRay 270 acting as locked down browsers in a library environment.
We're finding that our users are walking up to the rays and thinking the device is turned off, they press the 'source' button causing the device to switch to a non-existent input source until a member of staff switches it back. Our question therefore, is it possible to disable the 'source' button on the front of the unit?
