Would be great to receive a quick fix from your colleagues as soon as
you have found&fixed the problem. Because this is currently really the
only problem holding back our full conversion to SRSS 4.1 as we
require 8bit pseudocolor as the default for some cards/tokens.
This is why we sell support contracts. That revenue helps fund resources
necessary to deal with giving binary relief to individual customers
ahead of an official patch. If Sun Ray is critical to your business,
consider investing in a support contract.
We will not be able to distribute bug fixes to unsupported customers.
OTOH, if you have a support contract, please ask Customer Service to
escalate CR 6801398, let them know you'd like binary relief when it is
available, and they can make that happen.
