Hi all, I configured a Solaris 10 box with SRSS 4.1 + last patch available. The SunRay DTU is configured in standard mode (not kiosk). I tried to connect to a CentOS 5.2 Linux desktop with the command: /usr/openwin/bin/Xnest :5 -pn -geometry 1024x768 -query 172.16.34.191 but it didn'y work beacuse the screen started flashing without showing the remote logion screen. All is properly configured (X, gdm, ecc) even in the remote linux box and the solaris SRSS. The linux system logs shows the following error: Driver not XRANDR 1.2 capable, ignoring DISPLAYMANAGER_RANDR_MODE_* settings Xlib: extension "RANDR" missing on display "192.168.152.69:800.0". RandR extension missing X Error of failed request: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib length error) Major opcode of failed request: 72 (X_PutImage) Serial number of failed request: 224 Current serial number in output stream: 238 Xlib: extension "RANDR" missing on display "192.168.152.69:800.0". The issues occurs ONLY if I try to connect to the linux box from a SunRay DTU. On the contrary, if I execute the Xnet command directly from the Solaris box I got no error. Please, can you help me?
