actually as far as I understood (and I did try very hard), the perpetual
RTU license doesn't provide you with support. You'll have to buy an
extra support subscription (available in basic, standard and premium).
Also, it is bound to a specific SRSS release (upgrade is only allowed
with valid support contract). This is the 'old' model. So you'd have a
perpetual license per DTU (or concurrent user) and an annual (or
multi-year) support contract.

The new subscription based license model should make things a little
easier by bundling RTU and service subscription. It also looks like this
is the cheaper option.
I have also heard of a VDI subscription license including SRSS, secure
global desktop and virtualbox in one subscription.
