Bob,

We're running on Debian Lenny (the current stable) with KDE as the
desktop environment. All packages are from the repostiory, no custom
compiled stuff. I also tried without xscreensaver running, but that also
results in the same behaviour, except for when you do get your session
back, you don't have to enter a password.
