Your Sun Ray has no firmware server specified, so it doesn't know to try to get the firmware from your server. I can't really recommend what to do because I don't know your network topology. The easiest way might be to add a value for option 66 on your DHCP service, at 192.168.180.27. It's value should be the IP address of the firmware server. (It could be its hostname, but you don't seem to have DNS configured.)

Never mind the caps thing. The script forces to upper case. Just send the output of dhtadm -P, and utquery on the Sun Ray after it's been reset.
