Hi

I am using below commands to firmware server in dhcp.

#option 66 ip 192.168.0.103

Please see if I am using correct option. In utquery I can still see
FWservType=none . What it means. How can I make sure that Sun Ray server is
able to offer update firmware.

-bash-3.00# /opt/SUNWut/sbin/utquery -d 192.168.150.21

terminalID=00212839ffbd

        terminalIPA=192.168.150.21

        model=SunRayP8

        currentAuth=192.168.0.103

        currentFW=4.1_50_2008.09.25.12.37

        currentBarrier=325

        currentBarrierLevel=325

        currentMTU=1500

        Subnet=255.255.255.0

        Router=192.168.150.1

        LeaseTim=-1

        DHCPServer=192.168.180.27

        INFORMServer=192.168.180.27

        tftpSrvr=ˬ

        FWservType=none

        configMTU=1500

        AltAuth=192.168.0.103

        stopqon=0

        bandwidth=100000000

-bash-3.00#

Your Sun Ray has no firmware server specified, so it doesn't know to try

to get the firmware from your server. I can't really recommend what to

do because I don't know your network topology. The easiest way might be

to add a value for option 66 on your DHCP service, at 192.168.180.27.

It's value should be the IP address of the firmware server. (It could be

its hostname, but you don't seem to have DNS configured.)
