Perhaps you could both send me your case numbers and I will investigate.

Subject: [SunRay-Users] need an oracle partner to help me
I need some help finding an oracle partner to help me. I am currently
using sunray as i have been for the past 3-4 years and i have been
very happy with it. Until Oracle took over... I normally use cdw as my
vendor for sun/oracle gear... and they were great but once oracle took
over they were no very useful because they dont have anyone
particularly knowledgable about sunray/licensing.
So i have purchased all of the RTU licensing that i need and i have a
support number, it just does not work on the support site. So i called
the licensing department and it seems that all they can do is sell me
more licenses.
Anyway I am sort of at the point where i would like to buy 20-30
sunray 3i's but apparently the version of the firmware my SRSS is
running has some issues, but i cant download the new firmware because
i cant get my licensing input into the support site.
I would really like someone local to southern california who is
knowledgeable about sunray as there are some projects in the future...
but it seems that i might just end up dismissing sunray because i am
not savvy enough to navigate the bureaucracy
thanks
nick
