  I share your pain on the bureaucracy issue: it took me 6 months of 
non-response from various Oracle people who were supposed to be account reps 
for my company before I finally sat down with a rep who would at least *look* 
at my problem and give me feedback.  All just so I could download SRSS patches 
[I was missing "Software" from my entitlement].  

It sounds like you're probably going through the same thing with firmware 
downloads.  Do you have an account rep?  If not, I could at least direct you to 
mine and perhaps she could direct you to the right place.

It could take up to 3 to 4 days for them to get your into there system.

Its was like 4 days till they got mine all working..
