Are you using AD for the VMs and user logon?
Since you are not using fastprep I suspect you might use Samba for
athentication?
There is a problem with samba autentication in 3.4.1 which has been
resolved with a hotfix:
14487528 - vrdp authentication passed as username@domain, which is
problem for samba auth.
Since you were not using VRDP for XP you probably did not encounter this
problem with XP.
Or am I wrong in thinking you might be using Samba?

I have a configuration very similar to the one you describe. This is:
- Oracle VDI 3.4.1 (Solaris OS)
- Windows 7 Professional 32 bits
- Active Directory with GPO to show some terms and conditions you have
to agree before log in into the Desktop.
- The Pool is configured with the following settings:
- Host network
- Windows RDP
As of now, everything is working fine. Each user logs in through the
sun ray 3 client and is shown that page and an OK button, after that
the user is auto-logged in successfully.
