I've had AMAZING service from cdnow, only
three orders tho. They obviously take great
pride in their customer service.

Once, a cd was defective, was promptly sent a
new one via fedEX NEXT DAY, paid return shipping,
& provided a box to ship the old one back in.

Amazon may have a 24/7 toll-free number, but
CDNOW has far better customer service. Prompt
e-mails, outstanding service.

They even sent me lots of cdnow bumper stickers
and gave me personal e-mail addresses to mail
back should I ever need more help.

I too would love an O3 dj tape so if you get
one let me know. :) Or maybe it will be
on the screemillennium thing.

OH -- AND ON CODA, on 10th listen, it reminds
me weirdly of Orbital's new album ..?
