What kind of CPU is it? if it's a ZIF type processor then you'd need a 
carrier card.  you can get them at OWC or XLR8.com, there might be other 
places to get them, but i've never really shopped around for one...  if 
it's a G3 daughtercard it should work ok, i have one made by XLR8 in my 
J700 and it runs fine at 300mhz.  if it's a 604e based daughtercard then 
i think you might be in trouble, i think that they were used on kansas 
based motherboards, which your s900 is not.
