I saw a web page some years ago for some joker who had completely immersed his Pentium MB in mineral oil. :-) Then he used a submersible aquarium pump to circulate the oil over the coils of a window air conditioning unit. There are a number of such web sites out there. I think one of the best was the fellow who started with a block of aluminum and actually drilled holes in it to serve as channels for the water flow and then lapped the surface so it would mate nicely with his CPU as a heat sink. Some real machining went into that one. Then he used 'U's of copper tubing to connect the channels through the aluminum block back around and hooked the whole thing up to a pump and some kind of chiller unit. Actually, you can buy commercial chiller units for aquariums for $400 - $600, so if you can plumb your CPU heat sink for cold water, it should be simple enough to hook up to an aquarium chiller and voila. You can also buy the peltier thermoelectric coolers used on 8100s for about $6. I considered mounting the cold side of four of those on a copper plate and then mounting the hot side of one more on the other side of the plate, and putting the cold side of the singleton against the CPU. The problem is that you need a lot of ~9V - 12V amperage and a humongous heat sink and fan on the hot side of the four which are cooling the copper plate. The five peltiers generate something like 100 watts of heat, plus the CPU output. Call it 110 watts that you must dispose of somehow.
