Nope. I don't have a Tempo card. And the time I ran into this problem it was with a 3940U card. I left the machine alone for several months and when I returned to it the problem had gone away. Very odd, but I'm happy as long as it doesn't come back. Actually, when I was configuring this machine I ran into the same problem with a VST and a 2940U2B but some slot rearranging managed to banish it. And then going back to the original slot configuration worked wtihout a reoccurence. It's definitely one of those phantom type problems that doesn't seem to be consistently producable--or the exact cause is something so non-obvious, simply arranging PCI cards in the same fashion does not produce the problem.
