ok, weird. i was sitting there waiting for a reply, and randomly just pressing pwr on pwr off over and over on the monitor attached to the c500 and all of a sudden it works now?! uhmmm ok, i need an old priest and a young priest.. ha!
but it seems my suspicions were incorrect.
