I tried to open the "Monitors" control panel and my S900 , OS9.1 froze. Restarted with Extensions off and tried again. Got a message saying Monitors could not be opened because "AppleGuideGlueLib" could not be found. Restarted from OS8.1 and Monitors and Sound control panel opens normal. Googled on" AppleGuideGlueLib" found email comments on the same problem. Only one answer " is Apple guide installed". Got Apple guide from OS9 install disc with TomeViewer and reinstalled, No Joy. One other link to XLR8 led to Apple and a "you are not authorized" message. I did get into Apple but no real information.
Can any one share some wisdom on this? Ernie -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
