No and No. OS X and 9.1 are on separate disks. I haven't tried holding
down the Option key - I thought that only worked on later model Macs?

IAC, switching OSes using the "Startup Disk" utilities worked fine before I
installed the G4 card. Now, when switching from OS X back to 9.1 (which
thankfully I don't do very often because everything I have runs in OS 10),
it fails to boot. I have to zap the PRAM, and boot with the Sonnet
supplied "PRAM restore boot disk". If I don't zap the PRAM, even booting
with this disk fails. After booting this disk, I can then then re-boot
back into 9.1.

It's mainly just a hassle. Everything works OK, just the (rare) re-boot
into 9.1 takes a bit longer now.
