Thanks for that one. Though I think I had already tried it, that brought my S900 back to life - which was the initial reason for joining this list a couple of days ago. Now my (newbie) question is: what's the best/safest way to go from OS9.1 to OSX? I see some mention of XPostFacto, and the site of someone named Robert (but no URL in the posts I've seen), and I've seen that Sonnet has some OSX enabling software (I have a Sonnet 450 in there). Just in case it's important, my video card is a Vision 3D from MacTell. (hey I got the whole setup on the cheap, and it's used as a server so I rarely need to look at it directly). If someone would be kind enough to post a step-by-step (or point me to one that already exists) so that I don't have to spend any more hours trying to bring a black screen back to life, I'd greatly appreciate it.
