Is it possible to go straight to 10.1 from 9.1 ?
(Or whatever the latest version of 10 is.)

Thanks,

Alan
Yes, it is possible to install straight into OS 10.1
skipping the OS 10.01 CD. You need a full install OS 10.1 CD
. The OS 10.1 upgrade is the same CD but with an added file
which does a check for OS 10.0x before it will let you do
the install. There is an easy hack to make it into a full
install CD. From memory you make a disk image using Toast
and then remove the OS check file then burn a new CD. I or
someone else can dig up the info on how to do this if anyone
wants it. Will S

PS. message sent from my attbi.com address are being refused
with a "no thank you we don't want any spam" message nice of
Maclaunch sort of like the no porn software that filters out
evrything I guess...
