Hi all, Over the weekend I picked up a UMAX Astra 1220S scanner for $20 at a local used stuff establishment. (I figured the SCSI cable and terminator were worth $20)
Question: Is anyone on the list using this scanner? And, if so, what software are you using. I have an older Astra 600 SCSI scanner, but the software does not seem to work with the 1220. Suggestions welcome! We want to hook the new/used scanner up to my old powerbook 3400, which we are turning into a digital cookbook.
