Jeff,

Have you checked your settings inside the File Sharing Control Panel?

You might also try turning file sharing off for that volume, via the Get 
Info box.  Then delete your File Sharing Preferences for that volume.  
Then try turning FS on again via the Get Info box.

Lastly, double check your AppleTalk Settings.  AT is always giving me a 
rough time.
