Jeff, Well technically yes. I had run the Ramometer test, shut down, and swapped the RAM. Rebooting stopped at the Happy Mac. I did try putting back the chips I just tested. I even went back to go, with the one 64MB Microtech chip. If I disconnect everything, do the finger gymnastics (don't know if it is making any difference now) and reboot, I can get to the blinking icon on the floppy image. BUT, when I reconnect the internal SCSI cable I can not get past the Happy Mac. I might be wrong, as this is all new territory to me, but I do believe I have a faulty SCSI cable and/or connector. I will find out tomorrow evening. (Got home from shop-keeping way to late to tackle it tonight.) I was able to find a SCSI ribbon cable at a local computer store for under $20. It is a generic PC brand, which "looks" right. It has the 50 pin connectors that look like the ones I have. And an "eyeball" inspection looks like it is long enough.
