I'm no pro at this, but definitely get out the calculator and your 
flashlight.

If my quick guesstimates are right you have loaded your BackUPS 650 Pro 
somewhere slightly over 100%.

I too was primarily interested in the voltage regulation and quality of 
the voltage supplied.  Not really understanding how to calculate the 
load for one of those things is where I got in serious trouble.  I had 
our 600 so overloaded it probably did not have enough power to chirp if 
we had an outage while the computer was operating.
