I have the D-link DI-804 It lets you share 4 CPU's with 1 Cable modem. I mostly bought it because with rebate and sale price it cost like $49.00 which at the time was a great price. The cheapest SMC at the time was $129.00 maybe $99.00 on sale. I never could figure out how to set it up using the Mac. It uses the web browser to configure. I was using it to hook up my Umax J700 and my made from scrape pile for $150. PC. It turned out to be easy to setup using Internet Explorer on the PC and has worked with no problems for at least 1 1/2 years plus.
